The time was early morning, the beautiful rays of sunshine warm and shining over the back of her glossy coat, framing the fae's own beauty perfectly. Harks stood tall above her dial, even as she stretched her nape to get to the furthest blades of emerald, grazing to keep her intelligent mind busy till she might meet another here. Her knowledge of the place was based on rumours and conversations with other beasties.
Apparently if you were to come here then a stag might also come to offer you a home. But although that of course would be good enough for her right now, she wanted to start a family again, and have a foal, and of course without the protection of a stag, that might not be easy. Her tail was held high in an arch, the tip of it swishing over her hocks at a passing fly or two who dared try to bother her. Optics scanned the land, her experienced memories telling her not to let her guard down when she fed, it was not only other equines that she had to be wary of. She had called much earlier in the day, hoping to receive an answer, but none came, so now she was waiting in silence to the world, desperate to be discovered.
